Spring 2020 Peer Lab Members

It’s a small group this semester! Ethan Perkins continues in the lab & Tyrique Richardson rejoins us after a hiatus.

My name is Tyrique Richardson and I am a junior Biochemistry and Psychology double major. I enjoy binge-watching, eating new foods and research in child development. My future career goal is to obtain my MD/PhD, that I will later utilize to become an OB/GYN with a research background in developmental science. I plan to work in the south to contribute to eradicating the healthcare disparities for Black/African-American women that are significantly more likely to die from childbirth.

I’m Ethan Perkins, a senior Neuroscience major at Earlham College. Over winter break I visited my family in Columbus, went to Chicago to see friends, went to Boston for a tour of Boston University, and took the GRE. I am interested in behavioral, cognitive, and developmental psychology, computer science, and biology. I wanted to be in Dr. Reavis’ research group because it would allow me to learn more about human development and behavior. After my time at Earlham, I hope to pursue a career in research or biomedical engineering.
