The Peer Lab

About

The Peer Lab at Earlham College is a research lab of undergraduate students that works under the supervision and guidance of Rachael Reavis, Ph.D., Associate Professor of Psychology.

Currently, the Peer Lab focuses on attention and memory in peer conflict. We are also working on The Wikipedia Project, where we are adding notable psychologists and neuroscientists who are women to Wikipedia.

In the past, the Peer Lab has investigated friendship and cognitive development in middle childhood (Thoughtful Friends Study), friendship and peer victimization (Peer Project), the role of praise in growth mindsetkindergarten readinessthe development of disgust, and the effect of friendship and bullying on pain tolerance.
